Information Collection

Where users voluntarily provide any data to us, the user is solely responsible for ensuring the lawful origin of such data and that all necessary authorisations and consents have been validly obtained.
  • Client Information: To provide or maintain our services, we may collect only the minimum amount of information necessary for account creation, communication, and service configuration. We do not collect information that is unrelated to, or exceeds what is reasonably required for, the stated service purposes.
  • Usage Analytics: To improve platform performance and service quality, we may collect anonymised or de-identified data. Such data is used only for statistical analysis, product optimisation, or service enhancement. It is not used to identify individuals or to build individual profiles, and anonymised or de-identified data will not be re-identified or used for individual-level decision-making.

Information Use

  • Service Delivery: We use information only to the extent necessary to provide the data analytics and intelligence services requested by the client. Unless we obtain the user's explicit consent, information will not be used for any other purposes.
  • Service Improvement: Anonymised or de-identified data may be used to strengthen our analytical capabilities and platform functionality. Such data does not contain personal identity information and will not be re-identified or used to construct profiles of individual users.
  • Legal Compliance: Information may be processed or disclosed to the extent necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Information Protection

  • Data Security: All information is protected using industry-standard encryption technologies, information security measures, and access controls, and is managed in accordance with reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.
  • Access Limitation: Client information is accessible only to authorised personnel who have a legitimate business need to access such information, and access is managed according to a strict need-to-know principle.
  • Retention Policies: Information is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the relevant services or for the period required by law. Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, information will be deleted or disposed of through appropriate procedures.

Information Sharing

  • No Third-Party Sales: We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer client information to third parties.
  • Service Providers: For the purposes of operating, maintaining, or delivering our services, we may provide limited information to trusted service providers, strictly to the extent necessary and subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

Client Rights

  • Access Rights: Clients may request information regarding the data we hold concerning them.
  • Correction Rights: Clients may request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate information.
  • Deletion Rights: Subject to legal retention obligations, clients may request the deletion of their information.
  • Portability Rights: Where applicable, clients may request a copy of their personal data in a reasonably portable format.
